Some more custom fabrication work finished up with custom intercooler piping, intake, and downpipe to get the customer supplied turbo kit properly installed. Used quality Vibrant Performance fabrication components to build the pipe kit with a Turbosmart race port BOV. Running a BorgWarner Performance Aftermarket 362SXE turbo with built motor and heads this one should make some good jam on the dyno. Fuel system setup with a Walbro 450lph pump, -6AN feed line, and Injector Dynamics 2200cc injectors. Tuning via the COBB Tuning Accessport of course!
Few things left to button up before it's ready to hit the rollers, but not much longer before this customer is burning up the road once again!
So we finally gave our guy Omaye a cheap DSLR camera and he has been capturing some really nice shots! Here is a cool picture he grabbed from the 2015 NissanNISMO GTR we upgraded recently. Our customer had us install some COBB Tuning Big SF Intakes, Extreme Turbo Systems Street series intercooler upgrade, TiAL Sport blow of valves, Injector Dynamics 1300cc fuel injectors, Motion Lab R35 Flex fuel kit, and twin AEM Performance Electronics 320LPH in-tank fuel pumps. Car was already equipped with the NISMO titanium catback, a set of catless downpipes, and a 4" catless y-pipe. Finished up at 781WHP and 699WTQ @ 24PSI on Ethanol tuned via Cobb Accessport v3 on the dyno!

Here are a few tunes we completed this week, two very different cars both with twin clutch transmissions.
First graph shows the final results from the 2015 Nissan GT-R we finished up today on the dyno with a custom tune. This is the one we set-up with the COBB Tuning stage 2 package and Armytrix Automotive Weaponized valvetronic exhaust system. Lots of torque in the mid range but the factory fuel pumps and injectors forced us to pull all the boost out of the top end. Still great results and after tuning not only did the motor run great the transmission shifts were phenomenal.
Next is a 2008 Mitsubishi USA Evo X MR that we built with one of our RS24 spec blocks, ML fully built ported cylinder head with Kelford Cams, Injector Dynamics 1700cc injectors, Fuelab 1300HP fuel pump, -8AN feed and -6AN return, South Side Performance Inc. Sidewinder Stage 3 clutch packs and high pressure seals, Extreme Turbo Systems turbular manifold and a Turbo By Garrett GTX3582R with upgraded Turbosmart actuator. Running ~31PSI tapering to about 28PSI by redline on E90 made some solid power, and you can see with the upgraded clutches and transmission tuning the slip is all but eliminated.

Getting this 2008 Mitsubishi USA Evo X MR back together after a timing chain failure. Busted up the valves pretty good, but going back to stock is not good enough for this Evo X customer. We upgraded the valves with Ferrea Racing Components Competition 6000 standard size intake and exhaust valves, Manley Performance Products, Inc. beehive valve springs and titanium retainers, and Kelford Cams 214-B camshafts. The exhaust MIVEC cam gear housings have been prone to crack so we upgraded to the Boost Resource billet housing and are using their stock location GTX series turbo blanket. ARP head studs were used with a Cometic Gasket, Inc. MLX .044" head gasket. Last upgrade is the new Full-Race Motorsports ProStock manifold to feed the Turbo By Garrett GTX3576r stock location turbo.
A little dyno time and we will have the car making some solid power!
Finished up building a pretty sexy custom turbo kit on this Mitsubishi USA Evo 8. Fully TIG welded and back purged using quality Vibrant Performance 304SS Sch10 thick wall material and 304SS flanges. Running a Precision Turbo & Engine 6466 turbo this one should be pretty fun once its finished up! We also upgraded the fuel system with a set of Injector Dynamics 2200cc fuel injectors and a Walbro 450LPH E85 compatible fuel pump.
