This white Mitsubishi USA Evo X torn down for a RS24 spec engine build! The 2.4L RS24 is the ultimate Evo X engine. We fit the block with LA Sleeve sleeve set and stuff it full of Manley Performance Products internals. Using their "TurboTuff" Billet 94mm stroker crank, "TurboTuff" I-beam connecting rods, and custom 90mm pistons. Bolting everything together with ARP main stud kit and head studs. Head is getting built with Ferrea Racing Components Competition 6000 valves, Manley beehive springs and titanium retainers, and Kelford Cams.

Now onto the teardown and matching phase, we will look forward to sharing progress on this project in a few weeks!

Finished up this Mitsubishi USA Evo X on the dyno after finishing some additional fuel system upgrades to get it ready for E85 tuning. We pulled the head and built it with some GSC Power-Division S2 cams, Ferrea Racing Components competition 6000 valves, and Manley Performance Products, Inc. valve springs and titanium retainers. The Sidewinder turbo kit was ceramic coated for heat protection and is a equipped with a Honeywell Garrett Gen 1 GTX3582r turbocharger. Fuel system is running a set of Injector Dynamics 2200cc fuel injectors along with a Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger, -8AN feed line kit, and fuel rail. We also used the Radium dual catch can system to help the engine breathe better. Short block is still original from Mitsubishi!

Tuning was via a COBB Tuning accessport making a little over 500WHP on 93OCT and almost 600WHP on E85!

After getting the new ML500+ spec shortblock broken in its time to finish this Subaru of America, Inc. STi up on the dyno with a custom COBB Tuning flex fuel dyno tune. This STi will be getting shipped back to California with a completely new outlook on life. In addition to the ML500+ and Cobb flex fuel system we also upgraded to Injector Dynamics 1300cc injectors, hardwired AEM Performance Electronics 320LPH fuel pump, GrimmSpeed TMIC, Aeromotive Fuel Systems fuel rails and fuel regulator, CSF Radiators aluminum radiator with built in oil cooler, IAG Performance TGV deletes and AOS kit, and a Blouch Turbo Dom1.5XTR. To help get the power to the ground we upgraded with a Advanced Clutch Technology HDSS clutch kit along with PERRIN Performance engine and transmission mounts.

Expecting some solid numbers on E85 with the Dom1.5XTR today, should be a very responsive set-up that'll be a blast to drive on the streets! Keep an eye out for this STi shredding the Pacific Coast highway soon!

Digging in on this Subaru of America, Inc. 2007STI for some new GD Flex fuel goodies. Before strapping it to the dyno we fitted some new COBB Tuning 1050cc fuel injectors made by Injector Dynamics and the new GD specific flex fuel kit. Already equipped with a Cobb intake, Cobb turboback exhaust, and AEM Performance Electronics 320lph fuel pump it is ready to rock out on some corn juice!

Sometimes you just got to take a brand new 2017 Dodge Viper ACR and make it a little more rowdy. That's what this customer decided so he had us scoop it up from Gerry Wood Dodge and get some QTP 3" electronic cut outs welded in. Its almost like Dodge wanted to put these on the car with the large holes that were pre-cut in the chassis.

The results were great and the 8.4L motor sounded mean as could be! The car also looked exceptional with the factory Extreme Aero package that includes an adjustable rear carbon fiber wing. Always lots of fun playing with a brand new supercar.

Getting started on a monster build on this Subaru of America, Inc. 2016 STi. Not wanting to waste much time with bolt-ons, this customer elected for a package that will transform his car into a 700+WHP beast. Using our ML700+ closed deck block with Manley Performance Products, Inc. TurboTuff rods and pistons, our stage 2 cylinder head package with Kelford Cams, Injector Dynamics 2200cc fuel injectors, tons of parts from Radium Engineering including their AOS kit and dual pump surge tank system, and of course a complete Extreme Turbo Systems turbo/intercooler/exhaust manifold set-up with a Precision Turbo & Engine 6466 turbo. Tuning via the COBB Tuning accessport and will also utilize their flex fuel system on this build.

With a completely stock exterior currently this is going to be a total sleeper!

Didn't have any pictures of the Subaru of America, Inc. 2016WRX we finished up last Friday, but luckily our customer Ben forwarded some over for us from an event he attended this weekend. This car has gotten a slew of upgrades since he moved to the area. Full HT Auto lip kit, PERRIN Performance 20mm spacers, COBB Tuning Accessport/catback/J-pipe/Intake kit/3-port EBCS, IAG Performance TGV and EGR delete, and GrimmSpeed TMIC and charge pipe. Finished up right at 300WHP/360WTQ on the dyno after custom tuning.

Another day, two more Subaru COBB Tuning pro tunes down. This 2013 Subaru of America, Inc. WRX was the first to hit the rollers. We installed some fresh NGK Spark Plugs 1-step colder plugs and married a new v3 Accessport. Tuned out at 18psi making 304whp/340wtq.

Not pictured is a 2016 WRX we just installed some nice upgrades on. Starting off with a GrimmSpeed TMIC and chargepipe, IAG Performance TGV and EGR deletes, and a Cobb 3-port EBCS. Finished up on the dyno at 300whp/360wtq!
